To be able to take advantage of the cash on delivery service and to combat any incorrect behaviour by undisciplined customers It is essential to be aware of and accept the conditions listed below:

1. Once your order is confirmed, you have until the time of shipment to cancel it.
2. Once the order has been shipped, it can only be cancelled by paying the shipping costs (outward, storage and return).
3. By choosing the cash on delivery method, the buyer is bound to collect and pay for the goods; the package cannot be refused under any circumstances.
4. The buyer is required to provide a correct and valid shipping address for delivery at the time of purchase.
5. The buyer is required to indicate his or her name on the doorbell. If this is not possible, he or she is required to indicate the name on the doorbell in addition to his or her name (e.g., Francesca Rossi c/o Giovanni Verdi).
6. If the doorbell is missing or malfunctioning, please notify us so we can notify the courier.
7. The courier is not required to call you before delivery.
8. The courier does not have specific delivery times, and it is not possible to choose a specific time for delivery. Therefore, you must be available at home for delivery. Cash on delivery is not recommended if you are unable to stay at home.
9. The courier will make two delivery attempts. The buyer is required to be available to collect the package within the second attempt. If the package is held unavailable due to the recipient's absence, it will be considered refused.

11. Our orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. However, delivery delays or errors by the courier are possible (although rare). Such delays do not justify refusing the package.
12. Failure to deliver due to refusal, incorrect address, or customer unavailability will result in shipping costs (outward, storage, and return) being charged to the customer, with a minimum amount of €30.00.
