Shipping and returns
The Seller processes orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed the same day the order is placed, or on the first available working day. Orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the order within 24 - 48 working hours from when the goods are shipped, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site before sending the order. Once the order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel it or make changes to the order itself. It is possible to monitor the progress of the package via the tracking number provided via email directly from the BRT courier via a direct link. It is also possible to check the tracking by entering this number on the BRT site in "Search shipment".
It is necessary that the customer provides the shipping data in a complete manner without omitting any important details for the purpose of delivery. In case of omissions or incomplete address it will not be possible in any way to make changes and/or additions.
The selling price, indicated in the description of each product, is expressed in Euro / € and is inclusive of VAT and packaging costs. Shipping costs, which also include VAT, must be added to this amount. The price of the product that will be charged to the user is the one on the Site at the time the order is sent, in addition to the order processing and shipping costs. The price indicated at the time of purchase is not subject to change.
Shipping is handled by BRT throughout Italy at a cost of €3.90 paid by the customer. For all orders over €69, shipping costs for the buyer are free. The customer will receive an email, directly from the BRT courier, containing the link to track their order.
The Seller is not responsible for any delays and/or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or inadequately provided addresses at the time of ordering. Any delays will not give the buyer any right to claim damages of any kind.
ATTENTION: The BRT courier will make two delivery attempts. If the recipient is not present at the second delivery attempt, or the address is incomplete or incorrect, it will not be possible to reschedule the delivery and a storage hold will be requested. Once the order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel it or make changes to the order itself.
In the event that the Seller is unable to send the purchased product, it will promptly notify the user, who will be entitled to a full refund of the payment made within 15 (fifteen) days of sending the communication, excluding any further right of the user to refunds and compensation.
If the packaging or wrapping of the products ordered should arrive at their destination clearly damaged, the buyer is invited to refuse delivery by the carrier/shipper or to accept delivery "with reservation".
The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the concluded contract, without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from delivery of the product or, in the case of purchasing multiple products delivered separately with a single order, from when the last product was delivered (the counting of days is calculated from the same day of receipt).
The following cannot be returned:
- Costumes;
- Accessories;
- Items purchased during sales periods, Black Friday and discounts of up to 49%.
In case 3. a discount code will be issued (valid for 1 year) equal to the value paid for the returned goods, net of shipping costs.
- Name and surname;
- Order number;
- Email address used;
- Goods to be returned;
- Reason for return.
Once the request is accepted (within 2/3 working days), the Seller will provide the address to which to send the return. Once the address has been received, the Consumer must ship the goods within a maximum of 72 hours. The return must reach the Seller's headquarters no later than 10 working days from receipt of the shipping address by email (returns received with a longer delay, even if shipped within the indicated times, will not be accepted).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, only the value of the items will be refunded.
If an order that has benefited from free shipping is returned in its entirety, the amount paid by the Seller for shipping, equal to €3.90, will be retained.
The risks and direct costs of returning the products will be borne by the consumer, unless the product is not returned because it was received damaged, in which case the costs will be borne by the Seller and without prejudice to any subsequent verification regarding the causes of the damage suffered by the product. If the returned goods are worn, damaged (for example with signs of wear, abrasion, scratches, deformations, necklines, etc.), not complete with all their elements and accessories (including labels, tags, laces and any other attached elements), the original packaging and wrapping, the Seller reserves the right not to proceed with the refund, as well as in the case of returns communicated or sent back late, or returns of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
In the event that it is not possible to issue a refund for the above-mentioned cases, the consumer, after having notified the Seller, will have 15 working days to collect the package at his own expense and under his own responsibility.
The return is expected to be processed within 14 days of receiving the package. The Seller will not send an email to confirm receipt of the package. Once the return has been examined and processed, a confirmation email will be sent. The refund will be issued on the same payment method used during the order within 15 (fifteen) days of processing the return.
