Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, quickly and easily from your account area.

You can choose the option you prefer:

Free return for store credit — the shipping label is free and you receive a credit equal to the value of the returned items, to use whenever you like (even during sales and promotions).
Refund with label provided — we send you the return label (€8 deducted from the refund) and refund you to your original payment method.
Refund with your own shipping — ship with the carrier of your choice and receive a full refund, with no deductions, to your original payment method.
